Used to work out outside during the summer. Held up nicely to regular use.

The sand bag is a good tool to get the job done. I use it at work on my lunch break a few times a week. Different handles to grip, it's 75 pounds, a 25 and a 50 if needed it's simple to take one of those out. In half an hour I've got a routine down that works for me lots of lifting and pulling occasional slams and the I've even straddled and punched it, good stress release. The inner bags have velcro seals, one of the reasons I don't do as much slamming as I would like. I work with a team of lifeguards, different shapes, ages and sizes...it was a hit the first day I brought it out and a new addition to our workout arsenal.

Great product. Every bit as high quality as more expensive brand names. Use it weekly!

The item itself is of good quality. Not sure what the purpose of the pump accessory is as it cannot be attached to the valve and, in general, looks like an afterthought addition.

Excellent bag, excellent price. Works as well as more expensive bag at my therapist.
