I purchased this sand filter to replace my old one. After about a month I noticed pool water level is low so I check the system and found water and sand leaking near the sand filter. I removed the sand to inspect the sand filter tank and found a split fully along the seam. I reached out to customer support and was offered 36 dollar compensation and told to simply use glue as a fix.
I have spent over 10 hours assembling/troubleshooting/disassembling

Spent over 300 dollars on replacement sand.
I will be over 600 dollars down the drain.
Very unsatisfied with Vevor product and their support. Do not recommend this product.

Renee Last less than 1 season/Didn't Honor warranty

Lasted less than 1 season of usage.(3 MONTHS ACTUALLY) Stored it correctly and opened the pool back up and the diverter seal and the Intake valve is both leaking and cracked. Contacted Vevor since it was under the 12 month warranty. 10 days later and still NOTHING. I have been messagibg them and checking in with them every couple od days with no one able to follow up. Juat keep saying, "its been escalated up watch your email". I have been given the run around the ENTIRE TIME!.. 10 days?!?! Are you serious!?! NOW, I have a pool that isn't usable at this time untill I buy ANOTHER POOL FILTER.. at $400+.
DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP. PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE QUALITY. WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE "WARRENTY".

I got the same filter in two weeks. The side blew out. It's not a very good product. So I had to buy another one that cost me about the same. Thanks. And have a nice day. If possible, could you send me a credit or my money back
