Like some other reviews mentioned these do run about a half size large. I normally wear a size 9, based on other reviews I expected these to be a bit large which they are, but I ordered the size 9 anyway because I planned on wearing them with an extra pair of heavy socks during winter. The fit is indeed about a half size too large with normal socks, but with normal socks plus a heavy winter socks together the fit works. They seem well made, I am impressed with teh quality of materials and workmanship at this price. I have used them in the woods cutting firewood about 6 times now for 4-5 hours each time. I wish the lugs on the soles were a bit more aggressive but I knew what I was getting ahead of time based on the photos so no surprises there. The only complain I have is the right boot has a more pronounced seam where some of the leather sections are joined that hits me right on my outer right ankle. It is OK with the extra pair of heavy socks as padding there but would not be comfortable with just a single pair of socks. Overall they are a good value, I don't often need steel toe boots so I did not want to spend a lot on a pair for occasional use, these fit the bill and I am pleased.

Not a bad product. The condition is extremely poor tho. Boots look like factory seconds. There are Multiple Scratches, cuts , scuffs and and small rips over both boots . The condition overall if very poor.

Rozmiar produktu okazał się niezgodny z informacjami podanymi w tabeli rozmiarów, co zostało potwierdzone fizycznie po otrzymaniu zamówienia. Reklamacja, mimo deklarowanej w ofercie „bezproblemowej” procedury zwrotu, ciągnęła się przez kilka tygodni. Zamiast prostej wymiany lub szybkiego zwrotu, otrzymywałem kolejne propozycje częściowych rekompensat, co tylko wydłużało cały proces. W trakcie reklamacji cena właściwego rozmiaru wzrosła dwukrotnie, przez co po zwrocie środków nie miałem już możliwości zakupu produktu na pierwotnych warunkach. Ostatecznie pełny zwrot został dokonany, jednak sposób prowadzenia sprawy i przerzucanie odpowiedzialności na klienta pozostawiają bardzo negatywne wrażenie. Produkt być może jest w porządku, ale obsługa posprzedażowa i rzetelność informacji o rozmiarach zdecydowanie nie.

I purchased three items - 1 ground screw and 2 pairs of boots. I assume they were shipped in three separate packages, because I got the ground-screw but never received the boots. The track-your-order feature says these were "returned to sender". I can't figure out how to contact customer service . I would still like to get the boots, or at least some of my money back!
