Very disappointing experience. I purchased a distiller on June 26 at a fantastic price. According to the tracking information, the shipment has been stuck due to a warehouse issue and has never arrived at my address. Today, July 29, I received a request to review the product, yet I still have not received it. Even worse, the order status shows as "delivered." How can I review a product I don't have? Based on my experience so far, this feels like a scam. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Sajnos nekem nem működött. 1 perc után kikapcsolt mintha kész lett volna. Küldtek új alaplapot amivel szint úgy nem volt jó. Végül visszakaptam az árát. Kicsit elbizonytalanodtam a márkától pedig többen ajánlották!

I gave 3 out of 5 because when working it is great. Just surprised the moving parts are holding up but the non-moving parts keep failing. Our first unit had the pealing right out of the box. It’s an issue for me because the paint is pealing around the top edge - don’t need extra contaminated going in my water. Vevor eventually sent a replacement outer body - I had to disassemble the appliance to repair. Occasionally unit will stop and trip the circuit breaker. I usually attribute this to wife over filling or forgetting to plug the top in. Electrical plug melted about a year in and I had to get parts from Home Depot and repair it. New cord, new plug, cut and repair wiring inside unit. Now we get a constant E1 error. Quick google search says make sure water level is ok, no build up in tub, but otherwise it is an overheat error. For reference it does feel hotter on the outside than normal. Wife loves her clean water so I’m left with either buying another and hope it lasts or fixing this one AGAIN. A little jumper wire on faulty temp probe and works again. EDIT: so as of July 2026 it has failed for good. The heating element spit out white fluff and some rusty fluid. Some splatter corroded the circuit board. The chipped red paint is the replacement they sent - apparently cannot get red to stick.

Only used twice.... had to be repaired after first use... company sent me the part to replace myself... bad customer service... after much communication i was able to replace the part... machine worked fine on the 2nd use.... fingers crossed for every use moving forward

Ich finde ihren Kundenservice sehr schlecht. Antworten bei Fragen dauern Ewigkeiten und sind schwer bis gar nicht verständlich. Eine direkte Kommunikation scheint nicht möglich zu sein. Die Kanne ist eine Katastrophe. Unstabil und wackelig . Ich hoffe, dass das Gerät lange hält. Weil , falls ich Probleme habe, sehe ich bei ihrem Kundenservice dann kaum eine Chance .
