This is an excellent distiller that lacks two features that would make it perfect. 1. Separating the two sections is not easy for the elderly or the infirm; this could be improved/solved by including lifting/holding down tabs near the joint between the two sections. 2. The second feature is that the lifting handle distracts the user from the fact that the 'lifting' handle is only capable of lifting the upper section of the distiller. Users who aren't aware of this limitation risk being scalded by the remaining contents of the lower (tank) section of the distiller if they attampt to lift the whole distiller by its lifting handle before the remaining water contents are still hot. However, I am so pleased that I purchased this distiller. I had purchased a Vevor 'still', which was very well made, to distil my water, but this distiller is 'set and forget' and results in little or no spillage/mess so long as users are aware of item 2 above. Highly recommended.

I actually bought a few different models of this product. This one is my favorite, but they all worked great.

I was satisfied with the product and the price, but it started leaking on the side. It is not effecive any more, the water is vaporising from the leakage.

Two small flaws but other than that excellent performance; I will never again drink undistilled tap water! This distiller will convince anyone that it is invaluable after one has seen and smelled the remaining impurities inside the water tank after a completed distillation. It will also heat a room very efficiently. One flaw is that it will not start automatically when you plug it in, which means that you need to get up before dawn to start it manually at the coldest time, all day and night. Then the two buttons for the temperature setting are reversed with the + button to the LEFT of the - button. Other than that there is nothing to complain about.

This is the second one I bought. The first one the plug in cord burnt out and they were unable to get replacement parts to me. So I was reimbursed less then half of what I paid for the machine to go towards buying a new one. This is my replacement I bought. It worked great for a year. Now the motor is going on it. So I will be buying a third one from a different company to see if that one lasts longer.

Por ahora va bien, hay que acostumbrarse al sabor, lo único que no me gusta son los residuos de cal tras cada uso, yo lavo el recipiente tras cada uso y le estoy poniendo el ácido cítrico. De resto bien, supongo que así tiene que ser.

Estoy satisfecha con el destilador, pero para mejorar un poco más, creo que sería perfecto si la tapa de la jarra fuese de acero inoxidable y el agujero de entrada del agua más pequeño, con el fin de que el agua pura no absorviese nada del aire.

El pedido llegó muy bien y la puesta en marcha es muy sencilla. Desde la primera destilación funcionó correctamente y así sigue hasta el día de hoy. Muy buena compra. Lástima que la compré justo antes de que la pusieran en oferta unos días.
