I am very surprised to discover how dirty tap water is. It has been an eye opener seeing how much "residue" is left after distilling tap water. I use the distilled water for humidifiers as recommended. I would not have believe how "dirty" the water is without actually seeing what is left after distilling a gallon of water. I have not used it for drinking but have used filtered water ever since using Vevor distiller. Quite the eye opener and highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn how dirty their water supply might be.

I use it to distill my water for my Cpap machine.. it cleans the water better than the distilled water I purchase from stores.. store distilled water has far more sediment than this distiller. I will not go back to store bought distilled water again.

We are very happy with this purchase. It works perfectly and removes the awful taste of the tap water.

I have used it daily for over a month, making at least a gallon or three. It works remarkably well. I recommend it for those with humidifiers or outside fountains that need distilled water.

We run this unit all day on weekends and every night during the week. We love it. It's a real workhorse. Thank you.

We’ve had the distiller for about a year now. It works great. It gets used every week. We’re mostly use it for our coffee maker. We no longer need to get distilled water at the store. I’m guessing it saves us money since distilled water is so expensive now. But even it didn’t, the convenience alone would make it worth having! If it broke, I’d definitely get another!

Habe mir das Destillationsgerät für die beiden Luftbefeuchter im Wohnzimmer wegen des Pelletofen und in meiner Werkstatt, die mit einer VEVOR Luftheizung geheizt wird, gekauft, da 35% Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht gerade gesundheitsfördernd sich auf die Schleimhäute auswirken. Mittlerweile habe ich damit bestimmt schon 120 Liter destilliertes Wasser zubereitet und das Destillationsgerät verrichtet seine Arbeit tadellos. Ich kann das Destillationsgerät vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen !!! Im Übrigen wird das Gerät mit 750 Watt angegeben, die es jedoch nicht hat. Nachgemessen mit einem guten Zangenamperemeter ergaben 692 Watt. Bei 4 Stunden Einsatz ergeben sich daraus ein Stromverbrauch von 2768 Watt, oder preislich bei 0,4 € pro Kilowattstunde 1,10 € . Das günstigste destillierte Wasser im 5 Liter Gebinde lag bei 1,66 €.

I highly recommend anyone invest in one of these. I distill my city water and i remove sediment, a yellow goo and some white fungus. I have a mold allergy and this distiller has improved my overall health so far. My complexion has cleared, I no longer have cold sore outbreaks, I am not overly tired or having headaches anymore. The blue recycled plastic jug that was included had a fuzzy white growth appear all over the plastic as soon as water touched it, where the growth appeared the structure of the plastic became very weak. Because of this I replaced the jug with glass.

Works a charm! Saving me lots and also saving my items that require distilled water. Excellent machine and I highly recommend this, whether it be for drinking, steaming, etc.
