Use a couple times and works great

After unboxing, reading instructions and doing first Use, it takes about 2 hours to produce 1 gallon Distilled Water and about 2 minutes to o clean, if you leave it unattended, takes about 5 minutes to clean. Extremely Simple to Use, Add Water to fill line, put on lid and turn on, place container under spout and wait.

Super awesome little unit. Makes distilled water super quick. Water tastes great small and compact. Saves me a ton of money not having to buy bottled water any more, and lug around those big jugs! Perfect for camping as well. Was so happy with the way it preformed

Still working great after 9 months

Overall I like the machine. I would have given it 5 stars but I don't like how the carbon packet fits.

Working great hopefully last along time.

This is probably the best purchase I have ever made. We run 2 humidifiers in our home every night and go through about a gallon of distilled water to do so. If we were to buy distilled water that often I could have paid for multiple of these. I’m taking a star off for two reasons. One it takes about 3.5 hours to make a gallon. I don’t think there’s any true way they could speed that up but if that’s not workable for someone I would want to know. And the other reason is you have to use the supplied bucket to catch the water which is again somewhat inconvenient and a replacement one is around $30 which is crazy. But overall I love this purchase and would 1000% recommend it! 2 years later my only problem with it is the jug is failing as it has been heated up so many times. Otherwise it is still holding up very well and we use it almost every day.

Works as described. Once you have followed the instructions once it is easy to operate.

Needs a safety shutoff so it doesn't burn the sediment in the watrer to the tank>

Einfach, Gut der Auffangbehälter ist unpraktisch funktioniert aber auch.
