Compré la planchadora a mediados de diciembre del 2025 y por razones de viaje lo abrí en febrero del 2026. El problema es que la temperatura no sube. Llevo 3 días intentando que me den soporte técnico y nada. Es una vergüenza que no te puedan dar soporte técnico. Tengo pedidos de sublimación y no puedo realizarlo. Le doy una valoración de cero. Tener cuidado al comprar esta marca, soporte técnico NADA. Empieza con 17 grados y se queda en 18 grados. Lo probé con los otros accesorios y nada. Es una vergüenza que no te puedan dar un soporte técnico.

The heat press is advertised as 12”×15”. After opening and measuring it, the actual pressing area is approximately 16 mm shorter (around half an inch). Because of this, I’m unable to print my design at the advertised size and will need to either alter the design or purchase another heat press from a company that accurately advertises its dimensions. Utterly disappointing especially after having prints already made to fit the press.

Machine arrived broken due to bad transportation. Made a claim and only one repair piece was sent (bottom plastic), meaning machine does not work because other pieces were broken and still nor replaced. Machine cannot work because structure has vertical axel bended. Bad service, not happy.

I don’t like how it comes uneven, the product was ripped already. The instruction don’t make sense. It’s not like how the YouTube videos are. I’m very disappointed

This is a poor quality product. There are a lot of options, but it doesn't do anything well. It might be okay for the occasional heat press once a week or so, but anything more than that, and the design is just rubbish. It swings away, but the top plate doesn't lift up enough to clear the shirt before and after you press. If you set the lower plate low enough to have enough clearance, then you won't have the right pressure when you go to press. The only option is to keep readjusting the base or the top before and after every press. If you're doing one shirt, that might be okay, but if you're doing 20, you'll go mad. The build quality is garbage. Out of the box, my unit had a lower plate that is not level. It stays tilted no matter what you do. And now, about 3 months into owning it, the collar that holds the lower plate has cracked on the back, which means there is no pressure when I press, because the lower plate just bends down. I have contacted support, and been offered a replacement lower collar, but the poor design remains. It is a plastic part for a high stress part which I feel will fail again very soon. Add that to the fact that despite the machine being unusable for a week, the replacement part will be shipped after 10 days. At this point, I would be happy just returning this piece of garbage, and putting my money into a better product.

Me pongo en contacto para reportar un problema con mi máquina VEVOR 5 en 1. En específico, el módulo de estampado de tazas presenta fallas: • A pesar de configurar las temperaturas correctas, no logra estampar adecuadamente. • Durante el uso, se genera mucho humo en un costado de la máquina, lo cual considero anormal y preocupante. • Se ha verificado que no se trata de un problema de tinta ni de papel de sublimación, ya que al realizar la misma prueba con otra máquina, el proceso funciona correctamente. Por lo anterior, concluyo que la falla proviene directamente del equipo. Solicito por favor su orientación para la revisión, reparación o cambio de la pieza/máquina, ya que actualmente no puedo utilizarla en condiciones normales de trabajo.

Toen het toestel geleverd werd was de interne verpakking beschadigd. Op zich geen probleem; dacht ik... Echter, toen ik het toestel begon te gebruiken doken er allerlei problemen op die schade toebrachten aan mijn kledij (vetvlekken afkomstig uit de machine, vlekken die ontstonden doordat er verf loskomt van de verticale arm bij het in-en uitdraaien). Maar het ergste moest nog komen: na enkele t-shirts gedrurukt te hebben, scheurde de horizontale arm waar de bovenste plaat aan bevestigd is. Ik heb een ticket geopend, maar ik vermoed dat de support afdeling niet echt goed begrijpt wat het probleem is. Ik heb een volledige vervanging gevraagd of een refund omdat het toestel dat ik kreeg, kwalitatief zeer slecht is en bovenal onveilg is. Je wil immers niet dat de machine breekt of ineen stort wanneer je bezig bent met temperaturen van 170°C. Echter, de support wil wat vervangingsonderdelen opsturen binnen 2 weken. Ik ben absoluut ontevreden over de kwaliteit van de geleverde machine en over de supportafdeling!!! NIET KOPEN DUS!!!

This press came with out the listed wrench which is needed to remove the platen or to tighten the platen as it does come loose when using it. The wrench is listed in the list of item that should be included in the box. It was not. I have contacted them (Belfor is the agent that I have been in contact with) have been told that it does not come with the the press. I have tried to find a small enough wrench that can be used but it is too tight of a space to use regular tools in. The press works well, there is an annoying clicking sound when using it and having to tighten the bolt with my fingers is not the best thing as it does get HOT! Very disappointed!!

Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben, da nach 4 Wochen Wartezeit nichts angekommen ist. Zwar wurde mit der Kaufpreis zurückerstattet, aber die Vorfreude wurde bitter entäuscht. Werde bei VEVOR nicht mehr bestellen !!!

I have had my machine for less than two months, and the temperature controller is not working. I contacted the warranty department; it has been over 48 hours, and they have not provided a solution—nor have they even reached out to me.
