DO NOT BUY! I have had this heat press for 3 weeks and it started malfunctioning i reached out to customer service and send in proof of what it started doing and they only want to refund me $42 and giving me the run around of why i should not return. Everything was going great with customer service they were answering the same day no problem until i started asking questions and wanted to clear up things. They were thinking they had me with the $42.00 refund. Now they do not want to respond. Mind you i am going to launch my business this upcoming Friday and now i am stuck with a heat press that is not working properly. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!

Purchased this unit and never got it to work at all. Won't calibrate. Doesn't get hot over 240 degrees. Useless and no customer service whatsoever. I'll never buy from these clowns again.

Worst experience ever. After 2 weeks of "Out for Delivery" we finally got Vevor to start the process of a refund which did eventually come. The delivery company "Piggy" is super unreliable and has many complaints. Avoid, look elsewhere or finance something really nice like we did ;) The way Vevor handled this whole thing was terrible and we will have to reconsider any future purchases.

This product is trash. First of all it takes a good 10-20 minutes for it to even warm up. There’s a suction when you lift up the lever after the heating time goes off so the press losebd on the shirt. And on top of that it has gone out in less than 6 months, I’ve already tried to different brands of the same fused I received from the machine and customer services is a joke, one response per 24 hrs in the last 2 days. I will be getting a refund and going with another brand. This press has not been good from the start!!

I've had nothing but issues with this product since I got it and customer service is no help. All I asked for were new cords to fix the issue or a replacement and they offered me a partial refund. I really had high hopes for it but it's been nothing but disappointing. Honestly don't waste your money.

Not happy with with heat press, needs a handle to hold on to when open press, have repeat presses in different positions because print sticks to paper not shirt, I regret buying 16x20 vevor heat press.

This heat press is horrible. I used it for the first time yesterday and it worked perfectly. Today, I went back to finish the T-shirts and it would not heat up. It goes back and forth from 80 81. I should have used it as soon as I got it. Sucks for me. I can't find any information on how to fix it.

Is over heat this burn my things i need a refound please just 3 months and now is not working good please need a refound and label to return it

It just stops working I had to buy a new one recommend something else not this most likely will have to buy a new one

It is a giant piece of garbage!!!! The heat is not consistent anywhere on it. I have ruined multiple items. THEY DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS WRITTEN AS IT IS FALSE. They make you send them pictures of the box and videos to prove what doesn't work and then they still say sorry no returns. They want to send a new control box. Not sure how that is going to fix the heat coils. They are incompetent to say the least. I have had this garbage for almost 3 weeks now as I have been fighting with then for 2 to return it. You cannot get any even pressure unless it is all the way down. So not really sure why it adjusts up when the bottom doesn't have the spring to adjust to get even pressure. So it literally can be used for a very thin shirt with no collar or sleeves. They also no longer have a phone number to call for US/Mexico/Canada due to the overwhelming calls and complaints. So it is only email which they do not respond to at all!!! So the only resolution you can get is to file the complaint with your credit card company.
