Bought for my wife to replace a previous unit for which Vevor do not hold replacement parts. On unpacking found damage to one corner of the unit but internal packaging showed no signs of damage. Eventually came to an agreement with Vevor that I would accept compensation for the damage. Not impredded with the refusal to replace a damaged item and having to fight for a decent level of compensation. I like and continue to buy Vevor products but their customer support sucks big time.

It's a decent press and worked well out of the box. The top section where the pressure knob is had sustained some damage and was bent enough that we couldn't screw the knob down correctly. We had to bend it back into place with a hammer and block of wood. The box it arrived in was pristine, so this damage was done prior to boxing it up which isn't great. Secondly the foam and pad are NOT glued to the unit. So if you're trying to position cloth or a garment on it and need to move it, you're fighting against the pad and it's sliding around. Glued it down, and bent the case back so it was usable and its doing its job in the shop.

It's ok I'm not really impressed by it, it does the job but quality is not that great

Montaggio abbastanza semplice. Utilizzo non soddisfacente ma considerato il prezzo ho deciso di tenerla. Chiusura molto scomoda rispetta a quella con il piatto girevole se chiudi troppo per avere più pressione si fa troppo difficoltà nel riaprire sotto il punto di vista della sistemazione della maglietta sei molto limitato nei movimenti e si perde molto tempo. In conclusione consiglio il modello con la testa girevole anche se occupa molto più spazio nella fase di lavorazione, mentre consiglio questo modello se siamo nello stretto e dobbiamo necessariamente ottimizzare gli spazi. Sottolineo che fa il suo lavoro quindisotto il punto di vista pratico è assolutamente utilizzabile ma valutare bene prima di acquistare

Bought this as an upgrade to my smaller press. It is built pretty good but at some point the top became slightly off center from the bottom and then out of no where the other day it just died, fuse is good and the power supply looks fine. I haven't disassembled it yet to see if there is an obvious problem. I use this fairly lightly.. maybe once or twice a month for a couple hours. Disappointing that its dead in just a year and 4 months time.

Mine arrived and it was packaged really well. It was undamaged. I am a casual user at this time and am using it to adhere leather to an adhesive material for making hat patches mostly. I will be using it for transfers but not in an industrial type setting. I used an infrared thermometer to see how even the heat was over the entirety of the platten. Mine has a 30º difference from the right (hot) side to the left(30º colder) side. This would be unacceptable for most users and I am honestly not happy about it not heating evenly. For users who want a more even heating element, maybe look at some other options. For the cost of admission I didn't expect much so at least I have a way to adhere leather to some adhesive materials.

Good Until It Just Stopped Working... I've Had This Press For A Little Over A Year and Went To Turn On To Press Orders and It Doesn't Work. NOT A Peep When You Turn It On. I get things wear out on them, but it should have lasted longer than 1yr.

Received one but it was the wrong size. Cut me a deal and I kept it. Bought the 24x16 and found when using a infra red camera that the heat on the platten was drastically out of wack. 29 degrees lower in some points and a very odd shape to the heating . Vevor did send me a new control panel to see it it works.

The craftsmanship is really good, strong and sturdy. But not having a slide out on this machine kills it for me. Unfortunately I didn't pay enough attention when purchasing. The clam shell design leaves you with limited working space when trying go maneuver your shirts/ apparel.

The bonus point system sucks!
