This is a hard review for me. We purchased 2 gun safes. My husband installed the first one and it worked perfectly. Very happy with that product. He did not get to install the 2nd safe for several weeks and unfortunately this safe was a problem right away. The door sticks badly no matter if you use a code or the key and this was before actually mounting it. Since he had already mounted the first one he assumed that there was something dragging/catching on on the inside. Nothing could be found. He tried oiling the slide and that didn't help. Opening this safe is unreliable and the door only opens after repeatedly hitting the side of the case. Obviously it is not usable. We do not want to have anything get stuck inside or have it not open when needed. It is our bad that we did not install it right away so the 30 day return period expired. Honestly, I think we just got a bad one. I have no doubt that if we had contacted Vevor within the return period they would have honored it. I have been very happy with every other product we have purchased. Gun safe #1 - 5 stars Gun safe #2 - 1 star (not usable)

I received this safe in the summer, installed it in a stationary place and the biometrics worked flawlessly until the winter rolled around and for some reason now it has lost some of my finger prints but the key worked fine . I re entered my prints and the same thing happened and only lost a couple of my prints. I am assuming it is do to the fact that the very dry winter air has made my finger prints less readable . Will have to wait till spring to see if there is a change.

I find for some reason that after say 2 months if you don't open it, it will forget your finger print other then that its alright, not the best but not the worst

Fingerprint stopped working; setup its easy, good thing is you can use your key to open it, quality is ok , i have bought 4 of them

The product although ordered and paid on Apr 7th did not arrive. I ordered two safes, one arrived, the other did not arrive. Vevor took the money from my card on Apr 7th but did not ever deliver the second safe or refund the money on my card, not even after I contacted support. VERY disappointing, I actually thought Vevor was not a scam.

Wurde ohne Schlüssel und ohne Montagematerial geliefert.....ist somit nicht zu gebrauchen. Rücksendung ist Katastrophal....hundert Bilder die man schicken muss, ich hoffe ich bekomme bald einen Rücksendeschein, sonst wird sich der Konsumentenschutz darum kümmern.

Ordered this hand gun safe and you can not get it opened enough to put a hand gun into it. Tried to return it company would not take it back. Only wanted to give us a refund for $44.00 . We paid $79.00 and change. After much emailing they finally credited my cc. They will not send a return label to send the non working safe back, so I had to recycle it. Don't buy from this company.
