The double-layer design with inner container is a great feature. It keeps food warmer for longer and makes cleaning much easier. The glass cover adds a professional touch and helps to retain heat. This has become an essential piece of equipment in my kitchen.

Commercial food prep on a 115v 15amp breaker. Made holiday cooking a breeze. I kept on high setting but can adjust for long holds. Perfect size. Only thing I wish the drain was on the bottom or recessed. You could put a elbow to point it along side or just put a threaded galvenized cap so no one bumps it.

Très bon appareil, fourni avec 1 x 1/3 et 4 x 1/6 avec les couvercles. Bonne précision du réglage de température, belle finition, dommage que les bacs gastro fournis ne soient pas les vrais Gastronorm (pas le rebord qui permet de les déboiter facilement, ne s'emboitent pas avec les vrais GN).
