John Truthfully don’t know if the carrier or manufacturer caused damage
Box came in decent shape, a little dents here and there but cosmetically the item looks good. However, the power cuts out completely. Unreliable. And the shipping time estimated is also unreliable, the item came days after I needed it for a big event but didn’t work either way.

Terrible buy on top of that I said after three days of purchase I like to return it’s malfunctioning… now they are sending me parts to fix it myself I am sure it will not be fixed it’s very poorly made ….

we bought the warmer for large event in our food truck, we trusted vevor because of our other orders. but this one....... it leaks from the get go. right out of the box. i contacted them and they tried to tell me i over filled the unit. i set it back up and filled it between max and min. turned it on and few minutes i started to leak out the bottom. i shot a video and sent it to them. they offered me $47 dollars and keep the leaking unit. its a fire shock hazard, it starts to leak out the plug and down the cord. i paid $151 and now i could loose $2000 plus daily on something that can kill or injured someone. i have beg event coming in april that i will lose money because they just want to send me $47 dollars and possible killing an employee or my self? come on vevor please make this right.

Complete junk. It broke the first day, i was sent parts, fixed it, it broke again. I bought, both were broke within 30 days. Don't waste money on these. waste of time and money.

Assurdo che uno non possa ricevere assistenza.
Ordine arrivato 2 settimane dopo e soprattutto assistenza assente. La cosa assurda un rimborso parziale di soli 20€. Ridicolo.

Product was good while it lasted. It only worked for 4 months and it was not used everyday. We used it about 10 days out of every month. Very disappointed not the first product from Vevor to give out so quick.
