I received the filling machine promptly within 48 hours of the order. And that is where the customer service stopped. The filling machine did not work out of the box and found that the power supply has an issue with where the power cord plugs into it. I asked for a replacement power supply and three weeks later, VEVOR is telling me it’s lost and offering a partial refund to deal with the issue myself. I bought a three year protection plan and believe that is a waste of money since I can’t get a brand new machine working. How about you send a new replacement machine to resolve the I issue?

This machine is so slow. Auto function is hit or miss. Tried to return but the customer service in non existent. Need a return number.

The machine came but never worked, after many emails sent and bot responses, they said they were going to send me the broken piece, still waiting ....nothing ....poor customer service careful what u buy here

Don’t waste money on this it’s the worst bottler I have ever owned! You can’t even prime it it takes hours to prime and get the air out of the lines. Wishes I had punched myself in the face and saved my money instead!

The machine was delivered dirty with missing pieces, which to me indicated it was used. The company denied and said it just wasn’t cleaned before being shipped to me. After weeks of back and forth with the company they finally offered to send me the 3 missing pieces and confirmed what was being sent. Once received, only 2 of the 3 missing pieces were sent. So I am basically stuck with a machine that is not fully functional. This is my first and last time shopping with Vevor.
