Mine came use with hardware scattered in the box incomplete. The holes for bolting the 3 pieces were misaligned and the threads were terrible. Nothing lined up. I asked for a refund and they told me they were going to send me a new handle, like that's going to change the alignment or the threads.

I purchased this floor cutter expecting a durable and reliable tool, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Right out of the box, after assembling the parts as instructed, the tool broke on its very first use. The handle, which is attached to the body with three screws, completely detached. The screw points on the body actually snapped off, making it impossible to reattach or use the cutter again. This clearly indicates a serious manufacturing flaw or very poor material quality. I contacted customer support hoping for a reasonable resolution, but instead of addressing the issue properly, they simply sent me three replacement screws. The problem is not the screws — the body itself is broken. This response felt dismissive and honestly quite insulting. A company that stands behind its product would replace a faulty item, not send irrelevant parts. Very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales support. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Artikel is vandaag geleverd. Tijdens montage kwam ik erachter dat de schroeven van de hendel niet meer goed zijn! Ik ga er vanuit dat deze product door iemand anders is geretourneerd en alsnog is doorgestuurd naar mij als nieuw?!!!

This product did not meet expectations at all. The assembly instructions were absolutely terrible. Hard to read and small print. The screws that came with it didn't fit - they were too long. The aluminum in the body was too soft so when you put a little pressure on it the screws gave out and the arm attachment was broken The ad said that the product could cut laminate up to 12 mm. It doesn't work. The knife is not good enough. It might work on thin vinyl flooring. I would advise my acquaintances not to buy products from their website.

Bought it to cut 12mm flooring and the flooring just laughed at it, blade didn't even get half way through. The fixings for the handle needs to be rethinked as I would only imagine it would do a days work of cutting 6mm for it to break

I was so excited to get this as I have a flooring job next week, not going to work at all! Handle faces the wrong way, screws to hold handle on are far too long and bottom out before securing handle to bar. Assembly directions are terrible, I am a 29 year contractor so I figured it out but the handle thing makes it no usable
