Personal Trainer. Pressa Verticale VEVOR presa a sconto 253€.

Perfect addition to a home gym. I used "White Lithium Grease" to lubricate the push rode press mechanism - works great! On caution in it use - Don't allow your knees to extend very much beyond your toes. Adjust body and foot position accordingly.

Bought the press a few weeks ago. I have been training for 30+ years, don’t need anything to mad anymore and this press is fine. Went together no problem and feels strong enough for what I need now. All good but if I have one point it would be putting the pins back in a the end of a set is fiddlely.

Danke
