This is great. Can be a pain if you adjust too fast and the plates get out of sync you have to remove them all and put back in sequence. But comes with instructions for that and is pretty simple. The ergonomics are great. The adjustment is easy. And shape is smooth and easy on the impact doing cleans and presses etc.

I bought these kettle bells a few weeks ago and I am enjoying training with them.
There was a bit of an adjustment, different handle shape than what I was using.
I like this handle better now more room for passing between hands.
I am missing part of my right index finger so the Hot Potato exercise is hard to balance the body of the kettle bell on my right hand.

Ottimo attrezzo, identico in ogni aspetto a quelle di marchi blasonati che se la fanno pagare molto di più. Comoda in quanto in poco spazio hai una serie completa che va da 1,5 a 10, laddove ce ne vorrebbero almeno 4 o 5.
Il sistema di aggancio interno dei pesi per incrementare il carico appare solido e sicuro: fino ad ora non ha dato segni di cedimento. Unico difetto non è droppabile, o meglio, personalmente non la lascerei andare giù mollandola dopo un esercizio, ma dato il meccanismo interno preferisco poggiarla sulla sua base con cura.

I bought this kettlebell because I’m building a gym in my garage, so I don’t have a lot of space. So far it is a quality build and easy to adjust. I’d buy again.
