This meat slicer is the perfect size for my small commercial kitchen - it doesn't take up too much counter space but still has the capacity to handle my daily needs. The precision cutting ensures consistent slice thickness, which has improved the presentation of my food products.

I'm a chef with over 20 years of experience, and I've been looking for a quality meat slicer since my old budget model finally gave up. So far, I love this slicer. It's easy to use, feels solid, and handled my homemade Chicken Cheddar Jalapeño deli meat beautifully. The slices came out clean, consistent, and exactly the thickness I wanted. My only complaint is the lack of model-specific cleaning information. There are general videos online, but I could not find an online manual or detailed cleaning video for my particular model and blade assembly. For a machine with an extremely sharp blade, clearer cleaning and disassembly instructions would be helpful. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it, especially to home cooks, hunters, and anyone making their own deli meats.

I haven't used it yet but I cleaned it and assembled it and it runs perfectly. I'm impressed by its quality and should get many years use from it.

Great machine, will buy again, if I need a new one.could be easier to take apart to clean, but whatever.

Great slicer; goes through meat, frozen bacon, dried meats and deli meats like butter. Also easily slices bread . The only complaints are the thickness knob is VERY hard to turn and the slice thikckness is limited to 10mm, about 7/16". Better than I expexted for the price.

Machine broke on the first week of using and I’m still waiting on a response from customer service to get it fixed. It takes forever for them to respond.
