I set up the tent and realized that from the factory the roof pull strap was installed backward. So there is no way to pull the roof down after it is setup. I spent an hour taking it apart and reversing the strap so it was on the inside of the gazebo. I was comparing this gazebo to the Kuma brand and I found the Kuma band has 2 zippers one on each side of the door which is much more convenient. The Kuma brand also has a pole over the door which makes it more stable. The vevor brand is half the price of the Kuma gazebo. All in all it is a good value

Received item quickly . Easy to set up, however, Poles did not work with pockets on sides of door, had to cut poles. Center hook strap tore out of roof first time taking down. A little. Disappointed.

Was disappointed to open up my “new” screen tent to find out one of the door pieces had a splintered pole and the hubs had some scratches on them like it was used and returned. Worked nice for my first trip though since I didn’t have time to return prior to the trip.

Great idea. But the quality is very disappointing. Single seams. The Vaycro is poorly attached and will most likely start to come off soon.

Well I just opened it out of the box and opened it up. First thing I noticed was a couple wear marks through the nets. Right by one of the poles. Then I seen a couple small holes in the fabric. I did just submit a return, let’s wait and see how it gets handled.

First time I set it up it rained and every seam on the roof leaked it's easy to set up but I thought it would be better in the rain

The gazebo is great now that I have it set up and the price is okay. BUT on my first attempt to set it up I was alone. I could not figure out what was causing the problem. Being alone you cannot hold things up and out of the way so you can analyze the problem. Through chat I contacted a rep and he sent me to a drawing of instructions (Drawing no words). A week later my wife got back from a trip and we attacked it again. I never really figured out the exact misassembly but there had to be a couple of the fiberglass rods in the wrong places. I just started pulling them out until I could straighten the tent out and reassemble it. A lot of foul language and asking for forgiveness and now I have a bug free cool place to sit and have an adult beverage. Thats my story and I'm stickin to it.

Bonjour, Le produit aurait pu être excellent d'une part si un SAV avait pu être joignable rapidement après la livraison, et si il ne manquait pas une couture sur un foureau pour un montant. Ce qui fragilisé grandement la structure étant donné que c'est un des montant de la porte.

There are holes in tge fabric! stitching is poor. misaligned Velcro does not line up Courier did not deliver to my home I had to go to another town to pick up my package and it was damaged. Vevor support will promise you everything, but provide nothing.
