It’s a nice wagon. Assembly instructions are not the best. My wagon arrived with missing bolts and had one flat tire that forced me to purchase a replacement tube to resolve. Not once did the company respond to my complaint about missing bolts or the flat tire. For the price it should not be missing anything. Be cautious, this company has some challenges providing a product without defect.

I'm hoping it's sturdy enough to last, bolts rusting after being left outside for 2 days. Transporting top soil small loads, seems flimsy. Time will tell.

Overall I am pleased with the product. That having been said the reason it only got three stars was because the ad that I responded to and what motivated me to purchase the product featured the cart as having an interchangeable handle. It pictured a handle that could either be used as a wagon handle OR a pin type of trailer handle so the cart could be towed behind a garden tractor or lawn mower. The cart I received only had the wagon type of handle.

This item sounded so good and was going to be an asset to my yard clearing. Went together well seemed to be good quality. Used it and the first time and one tire went flat and would not take any air into the tire. Contacted customer service and they requested me to send photos of the issue, which I did. They responded that they would send me a replacement. After 2 weeks no replacement I was told the replacement part was lost in shipment and that they could not find another replacement part. Now they want me to ship the whole cart back to get a replacement. Totally unnecessary when obesely it only a defective tire. Buyer beware of this common tire issue.

Cart/wagon dimensions not as described online. Smaller than my 4cu.ft. Gorilla cart. Wheels are made fully of plastic, not trust worthy in my opinion hauling heavy loads. I absolutely did not use it and sealed it back up within the hour it was delivered. I needed a larger wagon/cart to work with and this one will not do one bit. I have requested a refund and Vevor is giving me such a hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I ordered the 1500 lb cart. After putting together, my wife though it was small. Even though the name plate says 1500 lbs, I would be leary to put that much weight in it. We will see how well it works, and may change my review, either good, or bad.

One tire had a defective inner tube so bought solid tires to replace the inflatable ones. Claimed to be a substitute but engineered poorly as they did not fit properly on the axis, Had not choice but to use only a cotter pin to hold the wheel on. A real disappointment from what Vevor claimed. Lousy engineering and misinformation combined. Arggh!! Failed product claims.

Don't expect top quality for bottom pricing. The plastic bucket is very flexible, I don't think it will last very long if left in the sun 24/7, but also already held up to filling it with water. The instructions are confusing because some of the nuts/bolts/pins are already installed into parts while the rest is packaged separately, or in my case, loose in the box. They also supply wrenches to tighten the nuts, but because most of the hardware are through-bolted, so you need another wrench of the same size to hold the bolt in place while using their wrench to tighten the nut. Lastly, it comes with washers to put on the wheels before then cotter pins, but the washer isn't thick enough to get rid of the slop between the wheel and the frame.

Very poor turning radius and it's just because of poor design. Spend a few extra dollars and get a gorilla cart. I have several gorilla carts so I highly regret trying to save a few dollars for this. It's very frustrating to use. Vevor has a metal tab underneath the frame on this wagon that blocks the wheels from turning any tighter and I cut that off. Now I discovered why vevor put that tab there, because the wheels snag underneath the frame when turning sharp. It's still usable, but it's annoying compared to my gorilla carts.
