Had a hole in one side of it right off the box. Had to air it up every 10 minutes. Cheap quality.

So I have had this tube for a yr. It had never been left outside when not being used. Its been used a total of 4 days. Today I went to grab the tube by the handle. They broke apart in my hand. The material is super cheap n they all are disintegrating. The tube itself is in great shape. The handles are junk

This towable did not last . After just a couple of uses it started to deflate . Would not hold air. Defective product or just not strong enough. I reached out to Vevor through email chat . There is no phone number to speak to someone at customer service. I will need to purchase something to replace and still have not got any resolution. I requested a refund last Wednesday . My Grandchildren were very disappointed and we are losing precious summertime fun . Due to customer service I definitely won’t be shopping with Vevor again.

Ordered over a month ago and still hasn't shown up yet. Says label created but nothing else. Ordered it in May for a planned vacation beginning of July. Looks like it won't be here by then. Would rather just cancel the order and get it somewhere else.
