This thing is awesome, I took it out of the box, ran to market and bought a 3 pound roast and sliced it into jerky in a fraction of the time it usually takes me to do by hand. Taking it apart and cleaning it was extremely easy too. Safety pieces that came with it were great as well for when my block of meat got smaller my fingers were always safe.

I had some concern because other reviews said it bogs down when cutting. Well, it works great. I chalk up complaints as user error. This machine slices meat like soft butter and it is easy to clean. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Very light! Easy to take apart and clean and it is a Workhorse! It does wonderful job!

Proper size for home uses✌🏻we made use of it for meat cutting, that's perfect.

It works great for the cost. Sure for three times the cost you get one much better with more features. I have no complaints. You decide, it's your money.

I bought this slicer to make chicken jerky for my pets. I used to slice semi-thawed chicken breasts with a knife, but the slices were not uniform and often difficult to get just right. This slicer is easy to use and easy to clean, and I can slice perfectly uniform chicken without thawing it as much. The slicer is not too large to store. I plan to use it on other items soon.

Perfect for slicing homemade sourdough bread. Very light and small enough not to take up a lot of cabinet space.

This is a great slicer. First use was with a Tillamook cheese block, and it worked great. Have used it for summer sausage and the cheese. Love it.

I had an old, and I mean old, Rival slicer that I just couldn't keep running anymore, the mechanical pieces were just worn out, and I couldn't get parts anymore, and I couldn't repair the parts it had. I read the reviews on this slicer and decided to go with it. Well, I could not be happier! Works better than the old Rival, (a knife worked better than the old Rival), and it's very smooth to operate and easy to clean up. Just don't force it, let the blade do the work. It's not a multi-thousand dollar deli slicer, and it never will be. But I can't complain about anything about this slicer, very happy with the purchase!

it's a high-quality, versatile tool that saves time and effort in the kitchen.
