Room for Improvement Uncoated Paper Only
The binding machine works well, but when increasing the glue output, it tends to add to much which causes a lump, and the lump only happens on one side. Furthermore, this machine is not ideal for coated (glossy) paper. Books with coated paper such as magazines are guaranteed to fall apart. This is because this machine does not have the ability to roughen the spine, which will break the coating and allow the glue to bond with the paper better. It does a decent job adding enough glue to spread onto the side for the back of the book, but not the front. I've had to follow up after with a glue gun for a few jobs. Definitely room for improvement. I would not purchase again.

This review is for the VEVOR Thermal Binding Machine, 400 Sheets Capacity Hot Glue Binding Machine, Thermal Book Binder 40mm Binding Thickness A3(Short Edge)/A4/A5 Document. This machine just does not work. Its impossible to get the cover and guts of the book to line up. The spine is never straight and on smaller books it gets mangled. Avoid this machine and save up for a proper machine.

I thought I purchased a new machine, and even before I plugged it in it is obviously a used machine, this is the 2nd investment on something I have ordered from this company that is not what is advertised. I gave 1 star for Quality, Features and Easy to Use, because I don't F_ _ king like used equipment and never had a chance to want to use this machine.
Very, very disappointed!!!!!

I wrote four weeks ago to tell you that the bookbinder was incomplete and couldn’t Bev assembled becaus no screws came wiht it. Also, no glue was suplied or instructions as to the type of glue needed or where to buy it. To This day no one from Vevor has contacted me. Very dis apionted.

Gekauft, dann musste ich einen Spannungswandler kaufen weil nirgendwo 110v geschrieben war, und dann die Temperatur ist nie gestiegen also paar Teile defekt, dann haben die mir Teile geschickt zu wechseln... es hat trotzdem nicht funktioniert. Also ... hab über 900 Euro ausgegeben + viel Zeit und Energy verschwendet
