La bâche de couverture de cette tente garage est de très mauvaise qualité . J'ai acheté cette tente en novembre 2025 , et le 18 septembre 2026 , la bâche s'est complètement déchirée au niveau du faitage . Cette bâche ne résiste pas au rayonnement du soleil , juste avant qu'elle ne se déchire , on voyait le jour à travers. Malgré l'envoi de plusieurs mails accompagnés des copies de bon de commande et facture d'achat , de photos et vidéos , la seule réponse de VEVOR est qu'il ne retrouvait pas ma commande . Ce site n'assume rien , et je le déconseillerai à tout mon entourage et connaissances .

This Carport used to come with corner braces to make the structure more stable. It does now not come with these. My carport was wobbly. I ended up dismantling it and throwing it in the garbage as I knew nobody would buy it from me.

Roof tarp was 1 foot too short. Had to cut down three sections of pole to make the roof tarp fit. VEVOR refunded me some money; would have allowed me to return it for a full refund but the thing weighed a ton and the box it came in was destroyed in shipping. Not a very satisfying experience overall. Had purchased the shipping insurance but apparently my situation didn't qualify as a claim.

Did not receive the package and their customer service sucks because after sending them the information from FedEx giving them the go to FedEx com and put the tracking number in and go look at the picture yourself to see that only one of the two packages that I ordered was delivered and that I need to know where my other package is and they just said oh well you know call your friends ask your neighbors. I live in a remote area and have no Neighbors. The photo clearly shows that only one package was delivered and customer service will now not respond. And of course it was the most expensive item that I ordered. Almost $300

Overall heavy duty coverings, modular covering makes installation easier. Also noted replacement covering sections available as replacements. Steel tubing generally well made BUT Vevor does not seem to sell replacement tubing so if 1 tube bends all tent is USELSS. VEVOR SHOULD SELL REPLACEMENT TUBING FOR TENT WOULD MAKE 5 STAR

Please take this aas constructive advice. 1. Zipper to light weight my cheaper uniot from Costco has a better fabric and zipper. 2. Windows do not have enough velcro to keep the shut during 8 plus MPH wind 3. Cover is very light weigh and not UV rated will not last very log maybe 2 or 3 years. 4. Frame moves 6 to 8 inches when the cover is closed front to back and 2 to 4 inches side to side. 5. Top cover legs are cut wron to provide wind and rain protection. I have purchased tie down straps and duck tape to resolve the shoprt cummings. Speed a little extra nad have a better product.

I own two of these bought a year apart. The first one had a frame that had two piece legs, which affected the stability of the frame and it failed in heavier winds than usual for. but the cover was solid and is still holding up. I fixed the parts that bent with steel support planks and its cool. This one is a great design, but they went cheap on the cover and it has torn. Its much thinner than the first one. You can see the sun has thinned it out and its tearing and see thru after less than a year.

Finally got around to setting it up around the 15th of May, fully crumpled and folded by June 12th. It was located in the 30ft gap between my house and my neighbors house, ended up using extra long tent pegs to secure it to the ground, which they did, instead this thing managed to fold its steel poles in on them selves slumping over in the space between the units. Tarp is fine but the structure is so mangled it has essentially just become useless. I'll have to re build out the structure with another material, probably end up just saying down logs and use some 4x4 posts for its support.

Was fine. Got distracted during a heavy snowstorm and forgot to clear off the roof and it got crushed. Snow must be clearedoff.
