Horrible customer service
I purchase a lot from vevor. This was my first time getting somthing that seemed broken and then realizing that it wasn't for a milwaukee. My mistake. Tried to get a refund or a return label and was told to go watch an operation video and sorry for the inconvenience. I am happy to find this horrible customer service before ordering a 4000 dollar pool heater. My buisness will no longer with vevor
