Used a few times. Just need to make sure you do it before you get a warm day otherwise you’re fighting with ice. Works as it should

Le rateau à neige : bon pour le dégagement. par contre j'ai perdu les petites roues. Elles se sont détachées du rateau. Problème de conception. Je l'ai acheté pour ma toiture de tôle espérant que le déneigement soit plus agréable à faire. Les vis sur la toiture pas évident. Ce rateau à neige ne les évites pas mais il se dégage plus facilement que l'autre qui n'a aucun dégagement pour les vis à toiture. Bref, pas tout à fait conçu pour les toits d'acier... Mais dans l'ensemble si vous l'utilisez sur une toiture à bardeaux ce sera plus facile. Il faudra modifier le rateau pour qu'il ne perde pas les roulettes. Ce rateau à neige n'a pas rempli sa fonction pour ma toiture d'acier et a perdu ses roulettes. Mais j'ai eu un excellent service de VEVOR.

Its ok. One of the provided assembly bolts are too short. It comes with little wheels, I don't see a purpose for these.

The rake looks nice however arrived damaged. The plastic band has a cut hole. I am still waiting for their response.

After first removal of snow from the roof it broke right in the middle, where blade and tube is connected via plastic screw! What a shame. This part should have been made of aluminium as well. Money thrown out of chimney, literally.

Broke Immediately Broke on second use.

The stick completely broke off during second use. We have another snow rake that's a different brand and we just wanted an extra. This one broke immediately while raking fresh, powdery snow. It broke off where it connects to the head (and no, it doesn't just plug back in. The metal broke off in shreds). DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.
