I have sent request for a part shorted on my 2 ordered of 8 stair rails. Also 1 rail sratched from loose packaging so need replacement . Welcome to call 229 347 9222

Mitchell Kassouf Unfortunately very poor service
The hand rails arrived with some incorrect parts. Weeks have gone by trading emails, trying to get the correct parts sent. Apparently the could not figure out how to get the correct parts sent . They finally offered to completely replace or refund.

I filed a complaint and they sent a new part that I had to install. Took three weeks to get the part. The I needed special tool to install.

Plastic hardware and screw was faulty and didn't catch the thread so fell right out. I used JB Weld to correct it so it would stay attached to the post.

Pas content du tout, ce produit ne correspont pas du tout aux photos de promotion, les bandes s'enroulent en bas et ne sont pas planes mais bombées.
Apparement Vevor n'est pas en capacité de trouver une solution, la réponse est " Trouver un artisan pour réparer et vous aurez un dédomagement de 20E." Merci mais cela ne resoudra pas le probléme !

Grant Handrail crooked
The other handrail just had faulty hardware but the railing was straight. This one, though, is crooked at the twisted ends. I don't have a way to fix this, other than do some welding. A bummer, but from the reviews it looks like returning products to Vevor is a huge pain so...I'm just leaving it as-is.

Lots of issues with this unit, don't get it. Get something else.
1.) the railing attachment broke during install - it's made of brittle metal and won't stand up to anything.
2.) the included hardware 3/8" and drill bit 12mm are not the same size, so you will have to get different hardware or drillbit to install.
