A wonderful add on for my telescopic ladder. Makes it safer.

Worked as they should. Good quality product. Attached to ladder with now issues. Heavy constuction. Would buy again

The hooks were not as easy to secure to my ladder as I'd have wished. My fault probably since my rungs were a bit farther apart than these hooks were made for. Probably should've gotten the adjustable ones from another brand with a universal fit for any rung-to-rung distance. Got these on well enough using my own ratchet straps. Once on the roof, however, they were not as secure as I would've wanted them to be. Felt they could slip off the eaves of my garage. They never slipped, but I had so little faith in them I abandoned my roof project (mounting some water-flow solar panels for our pool). I would go with another adjustable model to secure the hooks better. OH, and the "caster wheels" actually ended up being inconvenient as it was hard to keep pushing the ladder STRAIGHT up the shingles. Ladder wanted to veer L or R with any uneven push. NON-caster "Fixed "wheels set for ONE direction actually would've been an advantage for me and a better design, and that's how the product was originally described, so..... not happy about that...

The roof ladder option was difficult to install on the extension ladder. The rungs are to wide and the extensions are to far apart. I felt it was very dangerous was installed. Would not buy it or use it again due to safety concerns. ALS o the installation manual did not include an image of the extension ladder they also sold me.
