Bought these about a month ago. Missing important pieces. What a surprise. Took over three weeks just to get someone to say I'm getting some money back. Still hasn't shown up. Turns out, it's not enough. Can't buy the missing pieces. So I have chains and binders with no handles. Should have known better. Another lesson learned. Never guy from here.

I received a package. It was half open missing two pieces reached out to VEVOR , they said it was the carriers problem. The reason I was missing two of my pieces which in my opinion if you’re selling a product and the purchaser does not receive all of the product does not matter whose fault it is you should make it right they agreed to refund me 30 or $35 and I have yet to receive that refund on my card. The product itself works well it’s just they leave a bad taste in your mouth when they’ do not fulfill their promise of making sure the customer receives the entire product so therefore I have found a new distributor to buy my products from. I really wish they would’ve done the right thing because I would’ve continued to buy from them very often.

Binders are decent, handles are and binders are 2 different pieces and handles do not stay screwed in very well, they are very loose. First time I used them on the return trip home 1 of the handles unscrewed and fell on the road somewhere and I had no clue until I arrived back home. Probably will not buy these again for that reason.

were good other than broke a chain second time i used them just be sure to keep well lubricated

The ratchets are nice but are hard to swap from tightening to loosening. Also the handles vibrated out the first time I hauled my tractor with them. I recommend either putting some thread lock or tack welding them. I reached out to Vevor for a set of replacement handles and they said they aren’t available only full sets (binder and handles)

Ordered this in early November when it was shipped. Its missing parts. One of the handles is still missing. Still waiting on them to send it to me. Other than that, it seems okay.

They are good chains. The rachet not so great keeps binding up. Wish they had a extrat 2 feet on the length

Don’t believe the arrive by date initially shown, especially if you live out west. This was shipped from ON to AB by train and arrived a week later than shown. Delivered by Puralator and they don’t work weekends either. Resulted in having to delay my trip. Chains were as advertised. The chain binders are NOT stamped with WLL so not sure how legal they would be for you professional drivers out there. If I were to do it again and I wasn’t in a hurry I would watch the sales at Princess Auto and shop local.

All graded chains are required to be stamped every 4 links with the grade of the chain. This chain should be stamped gr70 and it's not. If DOT inspects the chain they will Charge you

Received this order box intact but was missing two chain binders. Contacted customer service twice since delivery with no reply and order is still incomplete. At this time I advise people to refrain from purchasing from vevor due their lack respect for their customers
