They are easy to put together and install its just the 104" one always has a bow in the middle that u cant get out

The owning looks great. I believe the two rods should be a little longer so you can get more of an angle to help hold more weight. The instructions were a little confusing but with time and looking at it over and over and over you figure it out. Except. Be careful when you go to put the side pieces on. Be sure to look at the instructions carefully and see that you have the awning louvered correct. Top or bottom. I took it out of the box as it says with it showing it then on top. When I stood it up on the side to put the side rails on. I stood on the wrong side or grabbed the wrong side piece and installed. I didn't notice until I went to put it up and it was flipped over upside down. I had to take it completely apart and swap the side pieces so it would be correct. Pay attention to the two arrow stickers. Make sure when you put a side rails on that the stickers are indicated on top or bottom. Other than that I put it together myself and installed it myself. I do recommend it if you're looking a nice easy aluminum awning. To me it's the classic style that I was looking for.

I installed above a side garage door, looks good! Matches my black and white home perfectly! But would go well with multiple styles and exterior finishes. Love it!

Good bang for the buck

Glad we purchased this awning. Very good quality, nice price and quick shipping. Went together well but sliding it onto the wall adapter was almost impossible. The fit was way too tight. Did manage to get it installed but not the way instructions showed.

Good awning, only down side was the anchors it came with where not the best and seemed cheap so I just went and got better ones, the crimps to slide the prices into eachother are not 100% so you have to really beat them into each other. The biggest down side was the plastic coating on the panels! Taking it off was TERRIBLE. Took about 2 hours to take it all off and still was small areas I was not able to get 100% off. That part really needs worked/ looked at.

Looks really chintzy and cheap on my house

The canopy is badly designed. It is sagging at the center, even with the brackets already very tight to the reinforced wall. The metal screws provided were the wrong size and head shape. I was planning to take it down and return it but I already invested lots of labor time and purchased different screws. I will monitor over the winter how it performs with snow on top of it. I don't recommend this [product!

awning itself is good and feels well made but the supplied wall anchors not compatible with instructions.... said to drill 12mm hole for concrete/brick but tightened metal anchors still pulled out easily by hand... think you'd need 10mm ones. fortunately there were plastic plugs as well that worked but still not ideal and wasted over an hour of time lifting and balancing the thing to screw it in, for it to not work.

I ordered 6 of the 108 inch awnings to act as a rain deflector on my 53 ft long cottage. It will be the perfect solution to my water problems on the side of the cottage due to a too short overhang design. Gutters were not a possibility due to the design. While the awnings are easy to assemble and will be plenty strong there is a major shortcoming. ALL the roof panels , 8 in this case per section, are covered in a very thin plastic film that is intended to protect the surface paint. It doesn't protect at all ,as most panels have scratches. It is adhered to the panel with a strong adhesive and because it is so thin it tears and becomes a major trial of patience to remove it. It took two of use and hour to strip the sheet off of one section. I have 40 more panels! I don't know what design engineer specified this film but he should be fired. A horrendous experience. I do not recommend this product unless you have absolutely no other solution, and you only buy one. Some of the weld of the frame were over welded and had to be ground down to fit the next piece. If they had not put the film and just used paper to protect it , it would have done just as good a job and i would recommend this product and given it a 5 star ease of use review.
