Materiel bien fini facile et pratique mais livraison deplorable comme a chaque fois avec dpd une indemnité m’a ete proposé pour la gene occasionnée mais jamais versee... je pense changer de fournisseur a cause de ca . Désolé.

Don't buy one because you won't get it. It said it was delivered but wasn't to me , so I didn't get anything from them and told them I didn't get it but I quess that don't matter to them.

I received a damaged machine. The counter offer from vevor was that I wait 15 days to receive control plate and change out it myself. They sent me a video over how to do it. You buy a new machine and you have to push in labour hours on repairing it yourself? Never happend in my life, and i buy machines often. No thanks i rather throw it in the garbage.

Magnetic suction seat doesn't work so can't properly test other features.

How would we know. It does not work. They have decided to give us a pitiful refund that covers a small portion of the cost of the productr for something that we cannot use in any way or form, Be careful as next they will sell hooks that are straight bit of metal and offer a 5% refund.

I never got it delivered!. Customer service did not help like i was thinking but in the end i got a refund!.

I waited 3 months until the black Friday sale to order this Vevor mag drill. Then over two weeks went by with no movement on the order tracking. When I contacted Vevor, they said it was basically lost in shipping. Instead of reshipping another mag drill they said we will just refund your money. I said, "I bought it at Black Friday sale price; I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered." So a few days later they refunded my money, forcing me to either rebuy at full price or not buy at all. So I bought a different brand. I will never again buy anything from Vevor.
