Most of the drill is fine. The magnet doesn't hold it well enough for the drill to work. Kind of negates the whole mag drill thing doesn't it?

when I bought this unit it showed it having several annular bits .but when it came it had none tried before to deal with things missing from vevor to no avail so didn't try that's why the low review they don't care that's why I don't buy much any more usually always something is missing or wrong they don't take care ofd

Does not come with a chuck How do you use a drill with out a chuck?

Can’t really use normal bits to drill as 1/2 drill bit is to long need the boring bits for it

Was very disappointed when I ordered this Mag drill that was supposed to arrive in 4 days and never arrived I had to wait 3 weeks for them to just admit that the package was lost and agree to refund my money. No way to communicate with anybody except on the computer and the answers were always the same we are sorry for the inconvenience but we are working on it.

As i didnt recive the drill cant comment. Yes you did refund my money but didnt offer another courier to deliver it. Dont understand the question and advertising when i cant buy anything incase it doesnt get delivered . Tom

Absolutely junk, box showed up two weeks late, it looked like it was drug behind a truck. It smelled like a cat defecated on it. It had been cut open in the side of the motor had worn a hole through the box from the damage in shipping. I took pictures and worked for 30 days with Dior trying to just get it exchanged with absolutely no luck. All they did was play games asking for more photos videos and honestly just to complete delay trying to outlast me figuring I would give up and not keep replying after 30 days of going back-and-forth with this company. Finally, somebody said our engineers have viewed your video which wouldn’t upload to their website. I had to download a separate website to upload a video which is absolutely Ridiculous and one of their engineers in quotation marks said oh no that rock sound in the motor when you turned it on is totally normal. What a joke on top of that I ordered the annular bits set at the same time. This was one order the annular bit set never showed up I I went to their website trying to get them to send the bit set telling them that I never received it and then just one day two weeks later I received a box the box had a label on it for someone in Michigan and then on the side of the box, there was another label that had my name on it and address when I opened the box hoping that it would finally be the annular bits that I had ordered two weeks earlier turns out it was a charger for a forklift that I never ordered. Their website showed that I had received my order even though I had filed several complaints notifying them that I received it posted pictures showing the item that I had received. They did nothing. It was an absolute joke if you want to deal with a company that is guaranteed to ignore you and not make things right this is the company you need to deal with all I asked for was an exchange and to deliver the parts in pieces that I had paid for 30 days earlier there is absolutely no resolution. I was forced to call my credit card company and to appeal to them to hopefully get some sort of refund fortunately, the credit card company was able to give me a refund, but with that we all know Verver was paid in our credit card company ATE the bill which means more fees for credit card users like us. I know this is a long rambling rant about this company, but remember these Chinese companies have no intentions of making things right they know they can get our money. They know they have no intentions of giving a refund or making anything right you’re lucky if you actually get what you ordered when you ordered it my advice to you pay a couple extra hundred dollars in order from a quality company just my two cents

I wrote them explaining my magnetic drill doesn't turn on and even sent a video and they said I'd hear back in 24 hours and its ben several days now with no response

I’ve always been happy with Vevor products until I bought this magnetic drill press. Unfortunately, the magnet is far too weak to hold on a vertical surface. When I tried using it on the side of a heavy metal smoker, as shown in the video I sent Vevor, the drill simply fell off. The surface was smooth and solid, so the issue is clearly with the magnet’s strength, not the metal. The most disappointing part of this experience was Vevor’s customer service. Despite clear evidence of the problem, they repeatedly blamed the issue on the surface I was drilling into and refused to offer a replacement or refund. This was my first time needing support for a Vevor product, and it was extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I no longer have confidence in buying from Vevor. If something doesn’t work, you may be stuck with it.
