Works perfectly, wildly low price for a 30lb steel hook. Powder coating is high quality. Steel seems good. Have loaded it to over 2,100lbs without any hesitation. Good grip. You can set the tension on the lock nuts to provide the amount of friction you want in the claw when opening/closing. Sat outside for a couple weeks in the rain with no rust.

Great quality and easy assembly. Love that it can be rotated. I have used it for a few weeks now and have had zero issues.

So much better than trying to get a chain under logs and getting it to bite. Bought a second one so i can have 2 on the loader to lift logs onto the sawmill. If your skidding or lifting logs, these are for you. Pic attached of a 12m long mountain ash log after skidding with the tongs.

This is one very sturdy and well made Claw Hook! I am very pleased and satisfied. I did tweak it a bit with the weight I lifted (+1000 lbs., it was a bit crooked, see pictures).

Love this log grabber works as described in Ad. Bought a crane also good price and heavy duty. Buy allot of stuff from Vevor and they never let me down. I will be getting more DIY equipment!

Ok so I want to skid logs with these tongs. Most single tongs will end up bent if you grab anywhere but at very end allowing tong sides to bypass the end completely. Not with these! I can grab anywhere on log and skid them! Because of the double tong connected together it makes them way stronger like a truss. My first test I pulled out a dozen logs, some of them 40 feet long. Largest was 20" diameter, no problems and no bends yet! And I wasn't being easy on them either. I like em! Only "issue" I had was that the stickers used to match them during assembly must have been put on wrong. I also added some washers as they don't align perfectly when assembled and I wanted a better fitment. I mean they would work fine unshimmed but I like things a bit closer to perfect. I'm impressed with them! Though I would bend them on my first log! Nope! And Guess what? With a little practice, you don't have to leave the seat of your machine! (I'm using mini-ex) Sweet!
