Great product! With a few mounting modifications, I successfully installed the linear scales and digital readout. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to have the on/off switch relocated from the rear of the unit to the front or side of the digital readout.

Items was well packed and delivery was fairly fast. DRO setup was easy and product works great, had to shorten one of the linear scales and all went well.

The product itself is of decent quality and pretty much what I expected for the price. It was missing a bolt for the display mount but was able to use one I had on hand. The issue is with the installation documentation. There is none. You are completely on your own to figure out how to use the bag of parts to get the rails, read heads and display mounted. I understand that not every installation will be the same but some help would have been nice. One other thing was the supplied hardware just seemed to be some random m5 bolts tossed in a bag. The rails use m6 to mount and the brackets are slotted for m6 as well yet no m6 hardware was supplied. On the plus side obviously price. The user’s manual is comprehensive and I look forward to making use of some of the features beyond the basics.

Pretty easy to install all the required hardware supplied. Had to fab up a couple if brackets but that is expected. The main unit and optical scales are well built. Nice fit and finish. Works as advertised. Would purchase again.

Kjøpt i August, er under montering på en Somatech 1340 dreiebenk. helt grei kvalitet, men skruer til arm og feste er fei dimensjon, så det blir slark og det føles skranglete. Har byttet ut medfølgende skruer med riktig dimensjon og nylockmuttre, så nå er det stabilt og kompakt. Et helt ok produkt, hvor noe billige skruer drar ned helheten.

installé sur un tour . pas de difficultés particulières au montage des règles linéaire, il faut juste etre précis. une fois montées il faut retirer le sabot rouge du curseur plastique. c'est lui qui donne l'écartement final entre la règle et le détecteur . c'est indiqué en tout petit sur la règle, car pas de notice pour les codeurs. pour l'affichage, j'en fait une utilisation juste en lecture. il y a une doc pour le parametrage. pour une utilisation amateur c'est bon (c'est mon avis!)
