Arrived broken, customer service insistent on sending a replacement pedal rather than allowing return/refund. Frustrating customer service that keeps making mistakes. 2.5 weeks later and the pedal STILL hasn’t even been shipped yet. Wouldn’t recommend on the risk of it not working being incredibly frustrating to resolve !

First try today, wheel has an immediate knock right out of the box. Difficult to work with and not worth the money, even at its price point. Feel I have wasted the money I could have put towards a different wheel.

El pedido nunca llegó, estuve esperando pacientemente mientras desde servicio al cliente no agilizaban ni proporcionaban información relevante sobre la entrega. Cuando ya era una vergüenza lo que había esperando, prácticamente supliqué que me enviaran otro torno o me devolvieran el dinero. Ellos mismos me indicaron que mejor un reembolso por si volvía a suceder lo mismo. Así que mi única experiencia ha sido nefasta. Ha sido una decepción porque a aparte es un artículo importante, quien quiera comprar un torno ya implica un espacio, unas ideas, compra extra de material etc para que después por un servicio logístico horrible me quedé sin la ilusión con la que lo compré.

DON’T BUY - DOESN’T WORK I received the wheel and it’s not even working. Wrote to the Vevor team, but they ignored my issue and marked it as solved. Stuck with a defect item and no resolution or reimbursement yet…. Worst customer service

Comprei a roda dia 30 de novembro de 2025 e hoje dia 20 o pedal deixou de funcionar. A roda liga mas o pedal não faz movimentar a cabeça da roda. Até agora tudo tinha funcionado na perfeição e a roda aguenta até 2.5kg de barro. Aguardo resolução do problema

Va be, pero si que es veritat que perd aigua per sota les platines de plastic i el pedal es poc controlable.. Crec que per començar a fer peces des de casa ja está be el producto.. Qualitat/Preu correcte...

Guten Tag, die Töpferscheibe ist heute bei mir angekommen, jedoch musste ich feststellen, dass die Scheibe eine erhebliche Unwucht hat. Wie kann damit umgegangen werden? Gruß Hendrik Tengen

A máquina foi usada poucas vezes e está com problemas. O pedra de velocidades está a falar e a deixar de regular a velocidade!! Peço a devolução do mesmo.

DONT BUY!!!!!! Came out of the box with a broken switch and smelt burning. I paid for extra protection on product. I have reached out multiple times and no one is solving the issue. I just keep getting automated responses. Looking into it further this seems to be a common theme, customer service is TERRIBLE!!! DONT BUY FRON THIS SITE!!!!
