absolutely junk. no support from VEVOR. DO NOT BUY. I set it up turned it on and it worked fine. so I stated processing my birds and I put the first one in and it stalled out quit turning I pulled the bird out and it started spinning again. I drop the bird in and it quit and will not restart. unit is junk and VEVOR will not do anything to help.

This worked amazing the first time we used it. Plucked 15 chickens and everything worked perfectly. Cleaned it properly and rolled it back inside for storage. A month later we had 15 more to do, and after 3 it just died. Completely died - the motor is just burned out and died. So we had to spend the night plucking by hand the remaining 12 chickens. Absolutely atrocious and so disappointing. Will be requesting a refund.

Article envoyé rapidement. Par contre nous l'avons testé aussitôt réceptionné, il ne fonctionne pas !!!!! Nous avons essayé d'appeler le service concerné, le numéro n'existe plus !!!! Cela fait 48 h que nous avons signalé le problème et personne ne nous a répondu !!!! Nous restons avec un appareil soit disant neuf (vu l'état d'un des bouton j'en doute) et en plus hors d'usage. A FUIR !!!!

Super damaged, I'm not sure what is to be done with this. Emailed about this right when I got it, and paid for shipping insurance. Got the good old we are reviewing it, been long enough that it should be done. UPDATE:::: don't bother with shipping insurance, it doesn't do you any good, ended up taking this apart and trying to pound it out, if you order one of these count on it being damaged. The shipping crate is crap, and when I took it apart it wouldn't have mattered how it was packed, the frame was welded together crooked and then the tin was screwed on anyway so it was hanging off on the bottom one corner and not screwed in on that top. Quality control is a joke to them apparently. After all was said and done they wanted me to build a new crate and ship it back or take 100$ refund, not sure what the insurance is good for. I decided to take the 100$ rather than spend a bunch of money and time to ship it back for them to send another POS that would be damaged anyway. Way to go vevor you really out did your self on this, I've ordered different things in the past but after this transaction I will be thinking twice before doing so again

Very disappointed with this $600 chicken plucker, It arrived dented in multiple places. Ive tried to contact the company and its going nowhere..Very frustrated.

We bought this chicken plucker. The recipe said it would ship within 2 days. It did not. Took about a week. I checked the tracking number and it was lost. Took them about a week to find it. Plucker was found some place in Calgary. It showed up at our house with 2 big dents in it, one on either side of the machine and the wheels were cracked also the machine did not actually work when plugged in and turned out. I reached out to the company that day and they wanted to offer me a $40 credit to my account despite the website saying full refund etc. I had to send pictures after pictures and jump through hoops. It took about 3 weeks to finally get a refund. I will never buy from this company again!

Ik heb de plukmachine naar het buitenland gestuurd,en denk dat het pas in juni in gebruik genomen zal worden. Een opmerking,de verpakking kon wel iets steviger,ik hoop dat het goed aankomt. MVG F.Neslo.

I have received my chicken plucker and the box was damaged so I took pictures of the damage and processed to open the package and my plucker and it looks like it was dropped off the truck at 80km /hr and I made a claim but nobody has reached out in over 48hrs

This item showed up and was purchased from vv.com, smashed. The box showed multiple areas where the product was smashed, and upon opening the box, even the wood creating around the plucker was smashed. It took the better part of two weeks to get them to understand after repeated request for a refund that we didn’t want to keep it because it was not repairable. Went ahead and ordered a replacement that’sa different model and it shipped from Texas, it’s arrived and worked great with no issues. This one however, was garbage throughout and for a $500 product it should be packaged and shipped a whole lot better than it was, I would not recommend buying one and an disappointed at the circus required to get our refund.
