Today marks the 2nd month I’ve owned this reel, and the hose end blew off during my work break. Good thing I wasn’t using it when it came apart. The hose end came off at the crimp, almost as if the crimp wasn’t strong enough. I re-crimped it until I can find a repair piece.

Not bad but a throwaway if it breaks…But you wouldn’t be buying commercial/ professional on Vevor? Influenced by a Facebook ad for water hoses… It’s just O.K. The idiots that assembled and packed have the mounting bracket attached.. So much for easy installation. Buy it and see…

50’x1/4” hose does not reel back in well at all. No guide to help it. Disappointed in it vs the 65’x3/8 I also have

says up to 300 psi but running on 175psi i get on exit only 119psi. not good for a mechanic shop. ideal for home mechanics

So far so good. However it doesn't retract easily.

The hose never retracts all the way in as the casing is too small.

It’s a great price but the reel doesn’t function very well. When you retract it the hose doesn’t go back in the first time. It takes 3-4 times to get the hose back in the reel.

The product is fine, pricing not nearly as much of an insentive as it used to be. Shipping is absolutely deplorable! I'm talking, enough to make you think long and hard about throwing vevor to the wolves and paying a few dollars more for a company who actually cares about their product being delivered on time (or at all for that matter) They use the most useless shipping companies who either don't deliver the product, or drop the product at the edge of the road rather than actualy delivering (somewhat close) to the door, or some of your product is delivered, then several days later (once you've spent the time to make a claim- then they tell you to check with your all your neighbors, family, extended family, friends, pets, aunts/uncles, old friends, or perhaps a group of turtels that may have tought about looking at what was supposed to be your delivery.....) they might give a $hit... I mean- it's really, truly bad!
