It's great value for the price. Lots of pockets and easy access. Cons are the stitching is a bit rough and uneven with occasional stray threads too, this takes away from it and gives it a slight cheap look, but for the price you can't complain, they just need to tidy up the quality control a bit, no excuse for that. Another snag is that the central divider is attached by Velcro this is a bad design idea because it has tool pockets on both sides and once it gets heavy with tools it detaches at the top and sags a bit . I get that it makes the bag more flexible but it's an obvious flaw that could be fixed with a stronger attachment system, velcro for heavy tools, really?
All in all though great value compared to the far more expensive trade versions and it does the job. I'd class it more for DIY than pro use because of the overall build quality but you're getting a lot of pockets and options for a low price so there's a lot of value here.
