Not enough ventilation Too hot in the summer

There is barely any ventilation or windows in the top of the tent. Also the pitch of the canopy is too high and the sides too low so you can't see around it or underneath, basically a tunnel. If there is a breeze, sure you won't roast. Otherwise...

Nesha Leak at the beam on first try

I finally got around to pumping up my inflatable tent, and as soon as I did that, I noticed there is a leak at the sea on the inside for this tent. I am under a 12 month warranty and since I tried to reach out for a solution, they said that it is not a serious problem and only offered $35 to fix it. Please be cautious when ordering this type of tent and dealing with this company this is the second time I had an issue with a with a different product and they did not want to honor their warranty. The warranty means nothing if they do not respond or fix the problem.

Never again VEVOR may want to package their products just a tad better

VEVOR apparently is unable to prepare shipment all that well. In addition to that, they are a nightmare to deal with. It takes about 24 hours to answer each request, the requests they ask are ridiculous and redundant, then you pretty much go nowhere with them. I'm seeking alternative means to take care of this issue. You HAVE to see these pictures. Even then, VEVOR doesn't wish to do anything. This is an inflatable tent! I truly wish I could share the video. The photos tell the tale but don't do it as much justice as the video.

Lamis Very bad after sales support

I asked for a return of the tent more than a week ago, but the support keeps sending automated emails of we will check and come back to you within 48 h. But obviously they dont.
Now I cant return the 1K + tent its a scam!

Waited since November. Never received it. Best as I can tell it never shipped.
Won't order again.
