Your customer service is absolutely horrible! Can't get anyone on the phone and nobody on chats resolved the issue!!! They erroneously canceled the wrong order and I had to reorder which charged me an additional $70 because it didn't give me all my discounts from the 1st order which I was offered only have the amt back in credits! They're customer service is non-existent!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! if it's not correct, too bad! You're on your own! Will never order from VEVOR again!!!

For the price this box isn’t to bad it is a little bit thin would be nice to have a little thicker box but we will see how it holds up over time

The box functions alright but is not anywhere near on par with a big name brand. It is nowheres near the quality. They need to increase the thickness of the material and it would be a real winner. Even if it costs more it would still be way less than the other brands and I would buy it again. As it is my next box won't be a vevor.

I never received the product. I waited weeks and contacted customer service through there messaging center, since there is no phone number to call. I could not speak to an actual person. They told me 2 or 3 times to wait 3-4 more days for them to locate the package. Then finally told me that the package was lost and could not be sent. Didn’t even try to send another one. It was a very odd experience. You would think they would offer to send another set of toolboxes over-night or something, considering I had already waited weeks and weeks. What a joke, and complete waste of my time. Please, spend a little more money on a different product, so you don’t have to deal with this company.

Arrived and found one side caved in and a corner was crushed. Box didnt look that damaged. Waiting to hear from customer service

Box showed up with a dent and the box it was in was damaged and vevor answer was hit it with a hammer not a sorry here is a gift card or a credit or we can replace it no after a lot of pictures and messages hit it with a hammer

Super cheap box almost tore off the truck only on truck for 2 months
