John Retractable garden hose
Leaks more at the unit than at the end by the nozzle. No matter how much I try to get it to seal or work.

I ordered the 100 ft. And received what seems to be less than 50 ft. I've been traveling and sick so I just got around to installing it and it isn'tanywhereclose to 100ft.
It seems to be a very good product, they just sent the wrong one.

Great concept, but absolute joke. The reel that moves from left to right as the hose goes in or out gets stuck on the right side often and is very difficult to get unstuck. Looking inside, the mechanism and band that control the reel are very thin rubber and plastic... there is no way these will last, especially when they get stuck all the time. I bought 2, such a waste of money.

I'm sure I would give a good review if I would have got it. I never received it, I ordered it and paid for it. I waited for over a month and receive nothing. After about three weeks I emailed customer service and asked for an update on order. I was told to wait until 1, April and if it didn't arrive by then, they would refund my money. That's what happened they refunded my money and I never received it.

WD40 BAD PURCHASE!!!
Spray nozzle will not come off of hose. First time I used it. All it does is spin. Offered me sixty dollars to have it fixed or jump through hoops to return and replace. Would not give me full refund. Anybody have a spray hose , fix it guy? LOL i made the mistake of not reading reviews before I purchased!!!!!

Bought this reel not even a year ago and it is broke. For the first time the other day we pulled the hose out of the reel about 50-70 feet to wash a car. The hose will not go back in the reel now. I have bought a 3 year protection plan also. Velvor is now telling me they will
Send me $32.00 and I can keep the broken reel! Or I could find someone to
Fix it and they will replace it. Idk why they won’t just send me a new reel.
