Seems cheap. Stiff hose, leaking o ring after short time use, low quality feeling. For the price you can get a better product. Usually VEVOR is good but this is not.

Nice unit, Looks good and works. The install was straightforward. After using it a few times, I realized that I should have purchased the 5/8-inch hose "high flow" unit with 100 ft of hose instead. While this unit works, it just doesn't flow as much water as I expected. A few more items of constructive criticism: 1) Mount is made of plastic - wish it were a sturdier, higher quality metal mount. 2) Vevor doesn't carry spare parts - such as a mount. I had hopes of buying -one- unit and being able to move it to different locations around my home. Only option was to buy another hose reel. So if the mount ever breaks, the only recourse involves replacing the entire unit - not just the mount. I'll lay odds that the same situation applies to the hose (should it develop a leak). 3) The included spray nozzle is useless. While it works, it doesn't match my expectations. After about 5-minutes of using it, I decided to toss it in the spare parts pile and use a different spray nozzle that I already had on hand. The one I already had works way better and is far superior to the included spray nozzle. 4) Once the hose is out of the reel, it kinks up very easily. Frustrating to use at times.

The hose perked on the sprayer and not at the connection. It also leaked at the connection to the picket and couldn’t tighten enough to stop the leak. The hose works great otherwise and retractable usage is excellent.

Works okay but the hose started to leak at the end with the nozzle. I thought it was just simply tighten it up, to solve the problem. But that did not do it. The end of the hose is literally spinning inside the nozzle in creating a water leak at their breast fitting. I think I went out to try to turn this in and get a warranty issue.

Like it overall but regardless of the sprayer used it leaks continuously. Don't like having to turn off the spigot every time I use

Had no trouble receiving this product, but just having a possible defective orange nozzle. Thinner hose, not strong water pressure like the old thicker hose had. I have not contacted Vevor to ask for the nozzle replacement due to the lack of my free time. I will contact them when I am on the summer break from school. Being a teacher is not the easy thing to live on, but I do love kids.

I was disappointed with this, specifically that the sprayer head seems to not allow proper flow of water and that the reel retraction mechanism is very weak. I have a name brand model that is significantly longer and it retracts VERY firmly.

Shipping was amazingly fast! I'm in Wisconsin, so I have not taken the time to mount it or try it yet. I will update the review once I've had a chance to use it.

The 1/2 inch hose it is to small, so presure it is not good like my old 3/4 hose, maybe I nee to try the 5/8 hose????
