This product didn't do what it was meant to do. The prayer is of poor quality. The hose retractable system failed after 5 use. Broke and now all hose are on the floor. Will not retract. And return process is a nightmare

Worked great for a few months then one day rolling it up the level wind inside cracked and it no longer a rolls retracts.

Minden tömítésnél csöpög, egy ízben a műanyag ház belsejéből folyt a víz. A visszahúzó mechanizmusa csak akkor működik jól, ha legalább 15 méteres slagot kell visszahúznia és felgyorsul eléggé, hogy a lendület behúzza. Ha lassan engedem visszahúzni, akkor nem húzza vissza teljesen. Csak azért nem küldtem vissza, mert nyár van, kell a slag illetve túl nehéz becsomagolni.

The reel would not work correctly , it would not pull the hose all the way back in, the side cover fell off and would not stay on, at that time I noticed it was broken

Coupling was crushed during shipping, also saw another buyer with the same issue. Poor packaging.

Usually vevor quality is always been superb. In this case one of the main reasons for ordering this setup was that it was advertised to have brass fittings. In reality it came with plastic fittings what usually do not last long time and start leaking. Ill need to order brass fittings separately. Otherwise it seems to be ok. Have not tested how well it will work for longer usage as its still spring here and have had no need for watering yet. Photo included of plastic fittings.
