Sebastien Hose kinks too much
Great product but unfortunately the hose kinks way too often. And it seems to affect the hose material over time. I purchased it this spring and use it a few times a week, I will see in a year or so how well it will fare.

My reel hose is 5/8 hose it really needs you to go slow and give it a little help going in. The more you use it the better it seems to get I guess time will tell. Overall it’s workable

I bought this a few months ago. I ordered the 1/2" hose hose reel and was disappointed that the hose wasn't 1/2". The hose is barely 3/8". The retractable hose reel works good and seems to be built well. Vevor definitely misrepresented this product.

Plastic on plastic the plastic Mount that mounts to the 4x4 doesn't let my real swing 180° I've been trying to email you twice with no response or that would help me I would purchase a metal bracket cuz the plastic one that came in with it it does not turn 180° a metal one would be fine if you would kindly send me one I will pay for it if you're that greedy the metal bracket that comes with the 5/8 reel is fine I need a metal bracket for the plastic one that comes in with a half inch reel have not gotten any satisfaction with the emails I sent so I would like a metal bracket so please

lasted just short of 2 years before return spring broke, it had never been pulled out to maximum length, for the price it is rubbish.
contacted vevor no mention of repairing offered £28 compensation which took 2 weeks to sort.
Do not recommend this product
