I have 3 of these. Cured the hose problem.

Would rather have 5/8

It has been a great addition to our garden. Makes it super easy to water extra if needed without the hassle winding the hose up. Only complaint is the nozzle it came with is subpar.

Product is good unless you need pressure. Small hose.

The hose doesn't retract all the way. Also it isn't easy to pull it out and stay there. I chatted with Amir and he said that he would help me and never responded after initially writing. That's not good customer service.

One of the Best Buy’s I have had!! Just what we needed and works for us!!! Wish we had this years ago instead of dragging a 200’ of hose around . If you are a senior person and love lawn work and flowers etc this is for you!!!! I am 79 and needed this years ago!!!!

Decent, lower pressure would be only complaint, nice having recoi6

I have an issue with one of the reels, I contacted support, a ticket was created but have not heard back. Not impressed with customer service, but the reel worked like it should except for the one with a wierd noise.

Dommage.
