I bought this hose reel to replace a metal hose rack that rusted out and broke. This hose reel is made of high quality materials that looks like it will last a lot longer the the metal one. It does produce less water pressure than the hose it replaced. I believe it's because of the diameter of the hos is smaller. But that's how you get 130 feet of hose. Very happy with this purchase and I recommend this hose reel if your looking to replace one or to keep your area clean and organized.

Easy to mount, retracts as it should. Seems to be of good quality nozzle works good. Easy to remove unit if you live where it freezes pull pin and put away.

The hose rubber is a lower quality than my gardena but it works great and I have been using it for 2 seasons now

Love it, we are ever pleased with our hose reel, easy to pull out and nice to re-tract. We bought 2 and it covers almost all of our yard

Hose works great. Good quality. Would not hesitate to recommend or buy again. Support hinge is better than other suppliers.

Bon achat bon prix.La poulie du devidoir me semble un peut fragile.Fonctionne tres bien.Le mecanisme a ressort fonctionne avec douceur et fait bien le travail.

Awesome product. Great value. On my second year and going strong. Bought another for a family member.

Product seems good. I bought 2. One was defective at the end of the hose/sprayer. I had issues getting support with any fix. I needed to talk to a human, but that isn't possible. So it's hard to explain issues and get quality service. But, still a good product.

Works great I have the 3/8 and 1/2 haven’t had a problem with them yet . Can reach around my entire backyard and even the front yard

Love this hose reel which I had bought it sooner. Easy to install and easy to use.just what I needed.
