Me esperaba mas pero para lo mío me vale.

I purchased this press specifically because it claimed to fit a 20oz mug, but it can barely accommodate a 15oz mug. Very misleading and disappointing.

Déçu de cet achat. L'appareil est HS avant même d'avoir commencer de l'utiliser!! Vraiment de mauvaise qualité! L'intérieur s'est mis a gonfler au moment de la mise en route!! Jusqu'à entendre un bruit de court circuit et puis plus aucune chaleur.. l'appareil ne fonctionne plus! Je suis très déçu!

I have been doing sublimation for 6 years roughly. I previously had the Cricut mug press. Unfortunately during a power surge it stopped working. I decided to try this one from vevor as I liked the look of it better than the Cricut and it seemed to have good reviews. I also liked that I could do tumblers with it. In my first week with this press I wasted almost $100 in mugs. There is not even heating throughout, which leads to faded out sections on your final product. I tried moving the mug around to different places so that might help distribute the heat but unfortunately that wasn’t sufficient and they still didn’t turn out. Then for the metal travel mugs it either didn’t fully infuse the image into it or burnt it. No in between. I read suggestions on the internet and tried everything to no avail. Another criticism I’d have is the diameter should be larger. In the end I just went ahead and bought the Cricut version again. More expensive but I’m not wasting product anymore.

Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Avevo comprato questa pressa termica per lavoro e dopo due giorni si è rotta. Sono riuscito a farci solo 6 tazze. Lo segnalo e invio un video richiestomi da VEVOR per far vedere a il malfunzionamento. Capiscono il problema e mi dicono che mi invieranno il pezzo di ricambio. Mi inviano una mail al giorno per dirmi che il pezzo sta per arrivare e dopo un paio di settimane mi dicono che il pezzo si è perso e mi offrono 20 euro come rimborso per farmela aggiustare per fatti miei. Dopo diverse mail di protesta e mettendo in evidenza che i loro pezzi di ricambi non si trovano da nessuna parte, mi rimborsano 65 euro perchè avevo fatto notare che su altri siti il prezzo di un ricambio simile di altre marche era più o meno quello e non 20 euro. Resta il fatto che me lo devo sempre aggiustare io e non so come fare, ripeto i pezzi di ricambi di questa pressa non si trovano, non ce l'ha nemmeno la VEVOR stessa e meno male che sul prodotto c'era un anno di garanzia . Io adesso ho dovuto comprare un'altra pressa di un'altra marca, ovviamente, e quella VEVOR la dovrò buttare nuova, così contribuiamo a creare sempre più spazzatura e ad inquinare il mondo. Mai più un'acquisto di prodotti VEVOR

Esta plancha está bien pero le falta calor constante. Tengo que añadir siempre más tiempo y temperatura porque fluctúa mucho

Have had it for a few years now. Bad and uneven heat. I haven't managed to make a good mug yet The sublimation ink is uneven and doesn't heat well enough into a mug. I'm annoyed that I got it as a birthday present.

Les mandé video mostrando que no funciona (aún está en garantía) me ofrecen reembolso o una nueva les pido una nueva porque lo necesito para trabajar ... Y después de mil correos me llega el paquete y no es la máquina me mandan consumibles para hacer chapas .... Esto es de vergüenza . No hay un tlf donde poder hablar ... En los mail les pido que me llamen y no confirman .... NECESITO SOLUCIONAR YA por favor
