Need to return this item ASAP! I have sent a message and have not received any reply yet regarding this return. To small

It doesn’t work as it should. It doesn’t stay on right temperature. It’s not hot enough or too hot. It’s so difficult to keep it on right temperature.

I tried this machine once and 1/2 of it isnt working. how do i get it replaced or just refunded

DO NOT PURCHASE! This thing is useless! I have been reaching out to Vevor for over a week in an attempt to get either a refund or a replacement and all I keep getting is someone will reach out in 48 hours. Their customer service is terrible. I have followed the instructions. I have tried to season it and it does not work!
