It is Impossible to get answers to simple questions about usage and controls. The computer and human send you to a thin booklet that DOES NOT have the answer. It is soooo frustrating! Only want to know how to be STOP the auto massage that it auto starts. How could one seat at zero gravity to relax with no massage or just air? AND without ALL “deflating” to a point where you feel every hard part all over your body The mini videos show auto modes, not how to operated upon your decision. Each time after it scans the body massage begins and I want to STOP it having cushion on, heat and air. It looks great, impressive. It rotation is fantastic until you are at its mercy as each mode seems too strong, opinion x 3 people. Super easy to assemble! And afán looks great just wish I can have it do what I WANT to experience.

I don't like that the tablet doesn't have proper backlighting; if the room is dark, I can't see the buttons on the tablet. Also, the intensity or strength of the massage is not adjustable; sometimes it's painful, and I want to reduce the intensity, but there's no such option on the tablet.

le fauteuil ne correspond pas du tout à mon attente, je voulais étirement yoga, il n'y a aucun étirement je l'ai signalé sans succès , le massage thaii ne me convient pas ce fauteuil m'embarrasse maintenant car j'ai du mal à m'en servir

Zamówiłem i zapłaciłem za fotel 11 stycznia jako klient firmowy pro, do tej pory nie otrzymałem fotela który widnieje w aplikacji sklepu jako dostarczony. Znacznie został przekroczony czas dostawy bez konkretnych informacji czekam na przesyłkę. Proszę o interwencję i piszę prośby ale narazie to jest bagatelizowanie przez sprzedawcę.

DO NOT order from this site. We paid $3200 for this chair and received nothing. The only time we got an actual response from Vevor was once we opened a dispute thru Mastercard. Run far away to another site

never arrived -- after my credit card was charged $1,642.00 & I had to pay interest on it, it NEVER arrived... contacted customer service multiple times but no chair !!!

Vevor asked me to do a write up review on this chair. But I still haven’t gotten the fuckin thing yet. So as of now the chair sucks , but it takes no room in my house. Almost like it’s invisible Here is a picture of it See it ?? It’s nothing ? No pic no chair
