Seems to be well made. You do need help assembling as it is hard for just one person to hold everything together. I have not been able to install as I have to make a template for the mount holes to mount as the template sent was paper and was damaged during shipping

I really like the idea of the awning it seemed like a wonderful item I put it up about 3 weeks ago and a week ago I noticed it was coming apart so I took it down took it all apart and then put silicone in every seam and every joint then put it all back together then silicone all the way around every edge to make sure it wasn't going to come apart and then screwed it back up let's see if it handles New Mexico sun and wind other than that seems like a great product

Not happy about the awning, one of the polycarbonate is taking water when it’s raining, the reason is that is was cut to short and is loose in the bracket. I have discuss this mather with Evor and a ticket as been open did not get any answear after alsmost 2 weeks . This is not acceptable the customer support is not very effectif.

Cheap plastic shit. Looks esthetic but just piece of cheap polished plastic. The adds just over hyped the product to fool buyers. I managed to get it installed and the first strong wind ripped it all apart after just 5 days. I wasted my money and looking for a way to request a full refund.

Tornillos que se parten durante el montaje, filtraciones de agua por las juntas, piezas de plástico muy endebles, además el agua de lluvia se acumula en el interior del policarbonato. Mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo. Por muy barato que parezca no lo es tanto ya que no cumple con la expectativa. Pésima calidad de los materiales, instrucciones de montaje confusas.

The brackets are made of plastic, they bend and I doubt they will last long.

Purchased it to divert rain from door/window but when I opened the box and read the installation instructions whic says : "NOT TO BE INSTALLED WHERE WINDY CONDITIONS EXIST". Since the area where I intended to install is often very windy I decided to return the item but despite MULTIPLE contacts with your support team since August 20 or so I have NOT RECEIVED your authirization to return. I am extremely dissapointed with vevor and will NEVER buy and NEVER recommend to anyone. Unless I can return the item soon.

Hard to install and wobbling before installation

These awnings are made out of cardboard. The first hailstorm or high winds will tear them to shreds. I found out the hard way they will not allow returns. They say Strong & Durable Construction: Made with high-transparency polycarbonate panels & reinforced ABS brackets. This is a lie and false advertisement. I bought 3 and only opened the first one. I told them the quality is very poor and each side only has 2 tiny one inch screws to hold it together and I wanted to return them. They said they are accurately described and do not accept returns. I tried going through Paypal and get a refund but that did not work either. Horrible, terrible company. Don't get ripped off like I did. Stay away from anything Vevor!
